Her diverse background also includes legal operations management, where she optimized litigation workflows and internal systems at a private law firm, as well as nonprofit leadership at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio, where she drove large-scale mentor engagement and partnership recruitment.
Known for her strategic mindset and commitment to transparent communication, Melin excels at building infrastructure and cultivating long-term investor relationships in a demanding environment. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from The Ohio State University.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Melin is an enthusiastic advocate for Alzheimer’s research and awareness. She serves on the DC Ride to End ALZ Committee, where she has become the top fundraiser and an influential voice in community outreach.
