As Vice President, West Coast Sales for MCB Wealthbridge, Nicole Monlon is responsible for fundraising and advisor engagement across the western United States for the firm’s 1031 Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) private placement offerings. She brings more than 15 years of experience in the alternative investment industry, with a proven track record of raising capital and building strategic relationships across the broker-dealer, RIA, and wealth management channels.

Nicole has extensive experience fundraising for private real estate, private debt, infrastructure, and other alternative investment strategies. Her broad background across both national asset managers and specialized alternative investment firms provides her with a deep understanding of the full distribution ecosystem and the unique needs of financial advisors, independent broker-dealers, and RIAs.

Prior to joining MCB Wealthbridge, Nicole served as Vice President, Relationship Manager for Alternatives at DWS Asset Management, where she partnered with distribution teams across the western United States to support capital-raising initiatives for alternative investment offerings. She has also held senior sales and fundraising roles with W. P. Carey, Black Creek Capital Markets, CNL Securities, and other alternative investment sponsors, consistently delivering strong fundraising results and expanding advisor relationships throughout her territories.

Known for her consultative approach and relationship-driven sales philosophy, Nicole combines strategic territory management with a passion for investor education and advisor support. Throughout her career, she has built long-standing partnerships by helping financial professionals navigate complex alternative investment solutions and identify opportunities that align with client objectives.

Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Southern California and holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, attending USC Trojan football games, snow skiing, traveling, and cooking for friends and family.
